INDICATIONS
ANTISTRESS is a vitamin and mineral complex that promotes normalization of the function of the nervous system and protection from stress. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) plays an important role in metabolism and is required for normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous systems and neurotransmitter synthesis. Besides, it lightens the mood, improves mental and physical performance, helps the digestion of proteins and fats. Pyridoxine increases the production of serotonin – «hormone of happiness», thereby helping the body to fight depression.
Magnesium is an essential element that is found in all tissues of the body and is essential for normal functioning of cells. It is involved in most metabolic reactions. In particular, it is involved in the regulation of nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction. Magnesium contributes to improved absorption of vitamin B6. At the same time, Vitamin B6 affects the formation of magnesium compounds. When taking magnesium and pyridoxine together, they reinforce each other's action.

DOSAGE
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Usage: 1 tablet is dissolved in 200 ml of water.
